BaoCut is a MCP server in our Code-to-video engine category. Desktop AI video agent (macOS Apple Silicon, Windows) with an editable timeline: local transcription, subtitles, translation, dubbing with vocal separation, filler/retake cuts, HTML motion graphics (baocut/1 and hyperframes/1). Drive it from Claude Code/Codex via skill, MCP or CLI. Source-available Community License (content use free; commercializing the software needs a licence).
Where it fits: HyperFrames, Video MCP servers, Motion graphics skills.
Listing isn’t endorsement. This is our summary of the project’s own docs, not a Studio Hall test result. Check the licence and requirements at the source before you build on it.
