Higgsfield inside Claude: MCP, Soul ID and Katana

Spotted, not yet tested

One connector URL turns Claude into a front end for Higgsfield's models, characters and audio. Katana adds reference-driven edits.

Higgsfield now runs from inside agents. Add https://mcp.higgsfield.ai/mcp as a custom connector in Claude, sign in, and the agent can generate images and video on any Higgsfield model. It can also upscale, remove backgrounds, outpaint, run Kling Motion Control, use Soul characters, and handle voiceover and dubbing. Coding agents can install the CLI skills instead (npx skills add higgsfield-ai/skills), which gives you generate, soul and product-photoshoot. One cost note that's easy to miss: anything generated through MCP or the CLI spends credits at standard rates, even if your plan includes unlimited generation on the website.

Katana is the newest piece. You give it a reference edit (your own video or a preset from the Katana library) plus up to five photos of characters, products or clothing. It rebuilds the edit with your assets, keeping the shot order, pacing and track. @maxxmalist argued it can replace After Effects for some ad work if you use it well. Higgsfield's own guidance says to use only reference edits you own or have permission to use, and we'd underline that.

For consistent faces, Soul ID trains once on 20 to 80 photos of a fictional character, with varied angles and at least one full-height shot. After that you call the character by name. Higgsfield's talking-avatar recipe chains Soul 2.0, Soul ID, a Seed Audio voice and Seedance 2.5 for a lip-synced clip.
